How I can delete this file?
Hello, a couple of days my friends laptop was infected by Security Toolbar 7.1 " the virus. I have posted most of it, but I cannot delete and unregister a file called ddayx.dll. I can not rename or delete it even in safe mode and safemode with Command Prompt. I tried HijackThis, unlocker, and Spybot S & D crusher. When I try to unregister windows file says ACNT find a input. When I try to delete the file or rename it I get the messege that is in use. Is it possible to boot from a Linux CD and delete the file? Vundufix or Symantec fixvundu progrmas not work on it. Please help. The file is still trying to get the toolbar back up by adding an Internet Explorer BHO. (I'ts blocked, for now.)
